We will bill the employer’s worker’s compensation company ONLY if:

An injury report was filed with employer

The case falls under Maine jurisdiction

We will NOT take MA worker’s compensation cases. If the injury occurred in another state, we would need to call the adjuster from the worker’s compensation company to determine if they will pay at the Maine Worker’s Compensation Fee Schedule, if no, then we can’t bill the claim and will notify you.
