Snow Sport and Spine is a physical therapy clinic in Rockport, Maine, specializing in orthopaedic and spinal conditions, as well as concussion care, sports injuries, and surgical rehabilitation. We are owned and operated by physical therapists who grew up locally and strive to deliver care in a model that puts the patient first.

We promise to spend the time it takes to listen to your history and your concerns, and fully examine the structures and movements that contribute to your diagnosis. We want all your questions to be answered so you have a clear understanding of your condition and treatment options.

We are a direct access clinic, meaning we can see you without a referral from your physician. This allows us to get your recovery started without delays and together develop the best plan for your rehabilitation. We are an out-of-network provider and do not work directly with insurance programs, however you can seek insurance reimbursement. We do accept Worker’s Compensation and auto accident claims.

Our rate is $200/hour. Depending on your goals and issues, the initial evaluation is generally 60 minutes, and will be determined when you schedule your appointment. It is important to us that your treatment plan matches your budget and schedule. Please call the office so we can answer your questions and make sure we are a good fit for your needs!
