Ergonomic Tips: (fig. 1)

  • Monitor top near eye level

  • Head and neck stacked above torso; shoulders relaxed

  • Elbows close to body

  • Lower back supported

  • Hands in line with forearms

  • Feet flat on the floor

  • Take breaks at least every 30 minutes
